Spartan; but since I love granola (bars) and yogurt it was adequate. No orange juice, but some kid style fruit juice was only juice option. Coffee was ok. Bread options with peanut butter and jelly would be nice. Instant oatmeal was a no go as the ‘hot’ water was completely inadequate to cook it. They had a pancake machine that people seemed to like. Small, but clean, room; bed very comfortable. Staff was quickly responsive to cleaning room in pm as they didn’t get to it by 1:00 pm. Small stalls, but relatively safe parking with elevator access to all hotel floors was great. You won’t be able to park a large suv or pick-up truck in the small spots

The hotel is very convenient to Santa Monica and 3rd Street Promenade. Although it faces Santa Monica Boulevard our room was at the back and it was quiet for the 4 nights we were there. If you don't like the 'grab and go' breakfast the coffee shop opposite has excellent coffee and tasty food options. The hotel rooms are secure as you have to use your swipe card to get to your floor in the elevator. The undercover car parking is great and we appreciated that we could leave our luggage in a locked room after we checked out as we didn't want to leave it in the hire car.

During my stay here, I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of comfort and convenience it offered. Despite its budget-friendly prices, the rooms were clean, cozy and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I was impressed with the value for money and would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow traveler's on a budget.

This hotel is located within Santa Monica proper, not too close to the beach and pier which is fine with me. There were plenty of coffee shops and local places to walk to for food. Electric scooters and bikes are available for a quick ride to the beach. The rooms were clean, bright and homey. Parking was underground with a daily attendant, very helpful and kind man. You can re-enter throughout your stay. Parking is an additional fee though!

Louise

I loved the cleanliness, it was very clean and had daily housekeeping (vs many other properties which did not). Also loved the fact that they had an on-site parking (paid, $16.50 nightly), which saved me the hassle of looking for street parking. Bathroom was great and spotless.
